Under one canopy of glass and green, the school breathes — a commons where cave, campfire and agora meet, and learning, food, craft and art converge into one living place.

A place where self-esteem, skill, creativity, and a diversity of perspectives are built — within a natural environment rich in textures, materials, and spaces. Its graduates emerge as integral beings: curious, willful, and brave enough to innovate and learn from their mistakes.

Open classrooms with views of nature. Cave, campfire and agora zones. No bells — long blocks for real projects, narrative assessment, portfolios.

Food Sovereignty

A real-scale garden woven into daily paths, a kitchen that transforms the harvest, composting and rainwater catchment. Sowing cycles shape the calendar.

Trades & Skills

First-class workshops for carpentry, construction, textiles and a maker lab. Real projects that end in objects and services someone actually uses.

Living roofs, a glass commons at the centre, workshops sunk into the earth and bridges across water — one imagined Earth School, built first so the village can grow around it.

The school as settlement catalyst

"Build the school and the village will follow."

The school is not just part of the Ruban Cell — it is the reason the cell comes into existence. It is built first: a functioning school signals to prospective settlers that this is a place where their children will thrive. Once it reaches ~15–20 families, the feedback loop accelerates — more families, more guilds, more infrastructure. The student body is the cell's population pipeline.
